Highview House

The Highview House is an unbuilt project located on a 62 acre meadowed parcel in Delhi, NY. Drawing upon their southern roots, the owner wanted to craft a meaningful relationship with the outdoors through deep covered porches, human-scaled window walls, and a large shaded sunroom. When pairing these programs with expansive interior space and exposed heavy timber framing, the result is a contemporary expression of Catskills living. And the view can’t be beat.
