Truax Road House

The Truax Road House was the first completed project of my practice. The project involved a rancher addition to an 18th century farmhouse, as well as the renovation of multiple existing bedrooms and bathrooms in the old home. By tucking the addition strategically behind the existing structure, the addition could maximize beautiful southern views and appropriately respond to the modest scale of the site. Existing kitchen to be renovated in summer of 2021!
